Submittals Required for Applying Port Visa by Foreigner

    The Application for Foreigner Visa shall be filled, and the valid common passport and one 2-in. recent bareheaded half-length photo showing the full faces shall be submitted. The proving materials related to visa shall also be submitted as per the actual requirements.     These proving materials include mainly the followings: 
    1.For applying for “F” visit visa, the invitation correspondence by the organization authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be submitted; 
    2.For applying for “L” individual tourist visa, the related evidence for handling emergencies shall be submitted;
    3.For applying for group tourist visa, the official letter and the list of the tourist group members from the international travel service taking charge of organization and reception or Hong Kong or Macao travel service approved shall be submitted; 
    4.For applying for “G” transit visa, the valid visa and air (train, ship) ticket for going to the state or region shall be submitted;
    5.For applying for “C” flight visa, the official letter from the civil aviation or transport agency shall be submitted;
    6.The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident (valid for entry and exit once) and the submittals required for endorsement of the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident shall be submitted;
    The Travel Pass for Taiwan Resident to Enter or Leave the Mainland and the Application Form for Endorsement (Port) shall be filled, the valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident, Taiwan ID card, and one 2-in. recent half-length bareheaded photo showing the full faces shall be submitted. For applying for the Travel Pass for Taiwan Resident to Enter or Leave the Mainland (valid for entry and exit once). RMB 50 yuan shall be paid. RMB 100 yuan shall be paid for the endorsement for entering or leaving the Mainland (port) once.
