Procedures of Applying for Permanent Resident Permit for Foreigner by the Foreigners Employed by Four Kinds of Enterprises

(i)Requirements 
    The foreigners employed in the following four kinds of enterprises:
    The foreigners that hold the post of vice general manager, vice plant manager or above in hi-tech enterprises, encouraged foreign-funded enterprises, foreign-funded technologically advanced enterprises, or foreign-funded products export enterprises, or those with a title of associate professor, associate researcher or above, with good taxpaying records, ranking pari passu, and staying in Beijing no less than 3 years in total in four years, may apply for permanent resident permit.

(ii)Submittals
    The foreigners that hold a post in the four kinds of enterprises:
    1. The photocopy of the valid foreign passport or the certificate that may replace the passport of the very applicant (the original copy shall be presented); 
    2. Four 2-in. recent bareheaded half-length light-blue-background photochromes showing the full faces;  
    3. Certificate of no criminal records in the associated foreign country;
    4. The Health Certificate issued by Beijing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau or the Health Certificate issued by the competent foreign medical establishment (the Health Certificate must be within 6 months by the application date);
    5. The photocopy of the Work Contract concluded by and between the associated applicant and the employer (the original copy shall be presented);
    6. The original copies of the “individual tax clearance certificates” issued by Beijing Municipal Office, SAT in the four years by the application date (including individual income taxes, urban real estate taxes, vehicle and vessel use taxes, stamp taxes and deed taxes); 
    7. Certification of post or title of the associated person issued by the employer; 
    8. The photocopy of Foreign Expert Certificate or Foreigner Employment Certificate (the original copy shall be presented);
    9. The photocopy of the Duplicate of Business License of the enterprise passing Class A Annual Inspection of Administration of Industry and Commerce in the very year(the original copy shall be presented); 
    10. The photocopy of the Capital Verification Report of the very enterprise issued by the competent governmental auditing department or authority(the original copy shall be presented); 
    11. In case of a hi-tech enterprise, the photocopy of the Certificate of Hi-tech Enterprise issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology or Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission(the original copy shall be presented); 
    12. In case of an encouraged foreign-funded enterprise, the photocopy of the Confirmation of Domestic- and Foreign-funded Project Encouraged by China issued by the National Development and Reform Commission or Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform(the original copy shall be presented); 
    13. In case of a foreign-funded technologically advanced enterprise, the photocopy of the Confirmation of Foreign-funded Technologically Advanced Enterprise (the original copy shall be presented) shall be submitted;
    14. In case of a foreign-funded products export enterprise, the Confirmation of Foreign-funded Products Export Enterprise (the original copy shall be presented) shall be submitted;
    15. The related documents shall be issued by the associated employer if the foreigner changed his employer, post or title within the 4 years by the application date. 
    16. The photocopy of the “marriage certificate” (the original copy shall be presented) shall be submitted if the spouse simultaneously applies for Permanent Resident Permit :
    17. The photocopy of the “birth certificate” or “parent-Child relationship certificate” of the child shall be submitted if the child younger than 18 simultaneously applies for the Permanent Resident Permit(the original copy shall be presented):
