    The core area of ​​the canal will feature high-end business as the main subject, with features of entertainment, and characterized by headquarters shape, to build an important space carrier of business functional center of the capital city, improve consumption functions, complement international functions, and gather important  spatial carrier  of cultural function. The area will take the junction of five rivers as the leading engine, develop along the canal from north to south in echelon, to focus on three functional blocks, such as building cultural and leisure district, high-end commercial and residential areas and exhibition comprehensive service area, forming a space development layout of  "one loop,one axis and two cross-straits".
