Hua Ye Beijing central group projects
Located in the core area of the West Bank of Canal,the project plans to cover 10.89 hectares of land, constituting with a main pagoda and several separate annex in circumjacent area, forming the trend of " A myriad of stars surrounding the moon ". The project is compatible with finance, office, entertainment, leisure, culture and many other functions. The project connects with the M6 the Beiguan subway station, north ring tunnel of the underground space with convenient transportation.
Field Group Project
The project is located in the core area of the canal in the West Bank, close to the M6 Xinhua Street subway station. The project, commissioned by the Dutch firm UNStudio to design, whose total planning area covers about 10.88 hectares, with the construction scale of about 580,000 square meters,and the highest point of 295 meters.
Pearl River International Bayview
The project is located in east bank of the canal in the core area, the building is about 210 meters high of Twin Towers type, which is positioned as high-end financial business complex,combining a set of international star hotel, conference and exhibition, high-end clubs, center for culture & communication, international shopping malls, luxury apartments and commercial street as a whole. The project which broke ground in September 2012 is expected to be completed in September 2015.
Water District of Fuhua low density
The project covers an area of 22.5 hectares, with the construction scale of about 150,000 square meters.It is divided into northern and southern areas, and connected to the bridge. Located around Enlightening Buddha stupa,the project will build the hydrophilic high-end commercial buildings, hotels with water features. In addition, facilities of Water District will include bars, restaurants, and leisure clubs.
Rainbow Gate project
Rainbow Gate, located on the junction of five rivers in the core area, covers an area of 4.71 hectares, with control height of 330 meters. American Gensler company is responsible for conceptual design of the project, the use of asymmetric double arch shape strives to shape a Beijing East Gate concept as a capital. The whole construction of Rainbow Gate raised from water into the sky, in coordination with the natural landscape of Five Rivers Interchange into fun. Project format function will be in combination with 5A class office, five-star hotels, boutique shops, high-end chambers, tourism, art Expo, high-end apartments and large cultural theme activities in one space, which will foster a vibrant city of 24 hours around the clock and become powerful engine in high-end business service area in Tongzhou.
