Legal procedure:     Acceptance – examination – decision I. Application conditions: the applicant should be an artistic performance group, an individual actor or actress, a performance agency or an operating unit of show place. II. Submittals: (i) Beijing Municipal Application Form for Commercial Performance; (ii) Commercial Performance Permit original and photocopies; (iii) Business License original and photocopies; (iv) Performance contents and audio-visual materials (Program list, lyrics, VCD and DVD in Chinese); (v) Written consent of artistic performance groups and actors or actresses with regarding to performance participation (e.g. contract, agreement and confirmation) in the event of large stage commercial performance; (vi) The following documentations should be offered for verification if temporary performance stage or stand is set up for commercial performance, including (a) Show place certificate obtained after acceptance by law; (b) Safety and security protection plan and firefighting and emergency evacuation plan; (c) Safety and security and firefighting approval obtained by law.
